Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ProfitPilot ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. ProfitPilot is operated by Groves Holdings LLC ("we", "us", "our").

2. Description of Service

ProfitPilot is a profit analytics platform for e-commerce sellers. The Service parses Amazon settlement reports, calculates profit metrics by SKU, and provides AI-powered insights about your business performance.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Upload data that you do not have the right to share
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service
• Interfere with the operation of the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

5. Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

6. Data Accuracy

ProfitPilot processes the data you upload and performs calculations based on that data. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all calculations are error-free. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of any financial data before making business decisions. ProfitPilot is not a substitute for professional accounting or tax advice.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Groves Holdings LLC. You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service. By uploading data, you grant us a limited license to process and display that data within the Service for the purpose of providing our analytics features.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Groves Holdings LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless we are required by law to retain it.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
